Terms not expressly defined in these provisions will have the meaning attributed to them in the “Terms and Conditions for the use of the portal.”

PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED

The personal data provided by any user, including subscribers, clients, suppliers, and/or users, in favor of “LEX & CO” will be used as described below:

• To identify, locate, communicate, contact, or send information, as well as for transmission to third parties by any means. The temporality of the handling of personal data will be indefinite from the date the user provided them to “LEX & CO.”

By registering with “LEX & CO,” the user understands and agrees that, if required by competent authorities, the transfer of the information collected in our database may occur. Service users must give their consent freely and voluntarily to provide the acceptance of the required clauses, with the understanding that if the user chooses not to accept, they will not be able to access the services of “LEX & CO.”

INFORMATION PROTECTION.

“LEX & CO” expresses its commitment to protect the security of the Information provided by users. ARCO RIGHTS – ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION TO THE USE OF INFORMATION.

In accordance with article 29 of the Official Gazette of the Federation, users have recognized and can exercise the rights to access, rectify, cancel, and update their information, including their email address, as well as object to the processing of the information itself and to be informed of the transfers carried out, all in accordance with the applicable legislation. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, to the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the information provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated.

Once registered on the Portal, the user can review and change the information sent during the registration process, including:

• Email address. Without prejudice to the changes made, “LEX & CO” will retain the previous Personal Information for security and fraud control reasons.
• Registration information such as: User, in the case of a company, address, city, region, postal code, country, main telephone number, secondary telephone number, fax number, email, etc.

• In certain cases, “LEX & CO” at its own discretion will keep in its files the information that the user has requested to be removed, in order to resolve disputes or claims, detect problems or incidents and solve them, and comply with what is established in the General Terms and Conditions for a period of time determined by law. In any case, a user’s Personal Information will not be immediately removed from “LEX & CO” files for legal and technical reasons, including security support systems.
